    The buyer takes the US, the EU, Canada and Australia; our screening covers US law.

    That is the record buyers license.

  5. 5.Can you keep patient health data, card and bank numbers, and children's data out of what you share?

    The buyer never takes that data; the rest of the records can still qualify.

    Screening first

    Five minutes of questions. Data that can never be licensed stops here, before any buyer hears your name; regulated sectors go to a person.

  2. 2

    A call and an introduction

    A 20-minute call on the process and what stays out. Then we introduce you to buyers and you fill in their intake.

  3. 3

    Offers you can compare

    Buyers price from the intake and a sample. You review the offer and the contract with your own lawyer.

  4. 4

    Data goes straight to the buyer

    You export and upload directly to the buyer you sign with. We never receive your data, files or passwords.

What always stays out

The license covers operating records. These data types are excluded from every deal we introduce. Regulated sectors such as healthcare, finance and law are welcome: a person reviews them, and the company's own lawyer approves what is left out.

The final list is reviewed by a US privacy lawyer before a wide launch.

Who gets paid, and how

The buyer pays you the full license price. Ausist, an independent referral service, and whoever introduced you may receive a referral fee from the buyer, paid separately and never deducted from your price. We tell you in writing who receives it.

Advisors with a client book

MSPs, fund operators, fractional CFOs and franchise operators can refer their clients with a personal link, with the fee disclosed to each client.
